Average tile lippage

Industry standard allows 1.6mm. We consistently deliver half that — the difference between a floor that looks hand-laid and one that looks precision-machined. Verified with a digital gauge on every installation.

Lippage is the first thing your foot notices and the last thing you can fix

Every substrate gets a flatness check before a single tile is set. Low spots get built up with self-leveling compound. High spots get ground. The tile goes down on a flat plane, full-coverage thinset, and leveling clips that lock at exactly the right offset. No shortcuts, no callbacks.

General contractors book us because we don't create surprises

We show up with a full crew, the right tools, and a daily progress log you can share with your client. Material staging, sequencing around other trades, protection of adjacent finishes — it's all handled. You won't be chasing us for updates.

"I've used six different tile subs over twelve years of GC work. These are the only ones I don't worry about. They're on time, the work is clean, and they communicate like professionals."

Interior designers spec the tile — we make sure it actually looks like the render

Encaustic cement tiles, book-matched marble, handmade Zellige, subway stacks with 1/16" grout joints — we've laid them all. Pattern work gets a full dry-lay before a drop of thinset. If the pattern doesn't work, we tell you before it's set, not after.

"I specced a 3×3 Zellige pattern for a master bath. They dry-laid the whole thing, photographed it, and sent me adjustments before installation. The finished result matched the board exactly."
